Today was worth mentioning.

So I'll mention it.

I decided I'd get up earl(ier) than usual so I could get some things accomplished, what with today being payday and all. By the time I was ready to go, Melissa was in the living room watching t.v. with Z (her nephew). I asked if she wanted to go to the mall with me, she said yes.

I went and cashed my check and Wells Fargo, then we decided to go to the Tucson Mall. First, was, of course, M A C, I purchased a few unnecessary, but wonderous items (M A C is my vice), the rest of the time was spent searching for an outfit for Melissa to wear to Sergio and Lya's wedding tomorrow (actually later today) - to no avail. Since she has to work at 7 am tomorrow, and the wedding is promptly at 4 (which I think she's going to miss anyway, because it's just a small justice of the peace thing), but then the reception is at 6..in Rio Rico (like 50 minutes from Tucson), I'm just going to get the outfit for her, bring it to the hotel, see if she likes it, if not, I'll take it back and try something else. heh, daunting task, but totally worth it. I think it will be fun if she's not a total picky pamela about everything. I hope I can get her something she likes. Anyway, after all that I finally purchased my Coco Chanel perfume! It smells divine. And she gave me samples of Chanel Chance, which is an extreme second favorite, so that's great.

I'm rather excited about my itenerary for tomorrow.

It is as follows:
Wake up at 8 am to go to Jack Furrier and meet up with my dad who's putting new tires on my car for my trip to flagstaff next week!!!!

Scoot on over to Grant and I-10 where the lovely Victoria E. Rook works, (my mother), and give her my car payment,

Then the rest of the day (until 3, when I have to work) I'll be in search of Melissa's outfit.

Believe me, fun day. It's always a stupendous day when I get to see both parents.

The only thing that kind of yanks my chain, is that I don't have a day off until I go to Flagstaff, I would've liked to have had a day to get all my shit in order, guess I'll just have to start getting up earlier, even though I'm a complete night owl. Oh well.

Well, looks like it's about time to shove off blokes.
